Service Description

Online Flexibility group class guided by me. We will work on active and passive mobility exercises to increase your flexibility and strength. No refounds.

Cancellation Policy

*Classes are up to 60 minutes for flexibility and up to 90 minutes for Pole. *No experience required. It doesn't matter weight, age or sex. *Props you will need: yoga blocks, a wall, small towel, elastic stretching straps, socks and mat or soft surface for the floor. If you are taking Pole Online then you need access to a Pole and crash mat. *Do not use cream or oils on the day of class *Cancellation policy: Online Flexibility classes are not made up, if you are unable to attend a video will be sent to you with the missed class. For Online Pole Dance classes you will have 6 hours to cancel and to make up for the cancelled class you must talk with Ari for the new schedule. If you give less notice then you will miss the class without the right to make up. *Please pick your class or package carefully. Single classes (Expire 30 days after the date of purchase) and packages (Expire between 30 to 60 days after the date of purchase) and both are non-refundable. *Running Late: We do NOT have a grace period. You will be able to join the class if you arrive late, but class time will not be extended for any reason. To ensure you'll be on time, please be ready 5 minutes before the class starts. *Follow the instructions: The student agrees to follow the instructions of coach Ari, any eventuality outside of these will be the explicit responsibility of the student. If you don't feel comfortable with any instruction, movement or combo of the class please let coach Ari know and wait until she can help you. *Your Safety is Our Priority.
